Clarification on Judging

Hi all, I'm new here and want to make sure I'm doing things correctly. Am I heading in the right direction?

I've signed up as a judge for the Web2.0 section.
I've watched most of the videos in the Web2.0 section.
Do I need to narrow it down to my top 4 per category, or top 4 for all the videos in the Web 2.0 section?
Do I use the rubric on all of them, or just my top 4? (Also, am I using the correct rubric?)
I need to be done with this step by Dec. 11th. Is that correct?

PS From what I've seen, the kids have done a fantastic job! This is fabulous!
