I think that Thomas Friedman covered some very important points in the video. He mentioned that people can upload content like documents, images, etc. onto the internet. People can all work together now on a document and change whatever they like to it which definitely simplifies situations. He also talked about insourcing which is a whole new form of collaboration between companies. Someone can send in a product to get it fixed and UPS will fix it right up at the airport.
