#1 10.C.1 of the student talking about his use of vcom in his home in the West Bank. Powerful for all kinds of reasons - importance of the internet is personal and immediate! You'll love it!
#2 9B3 Mobiles in our Life. This was a pretty good dramatization about using the mobile phone in various settings, and their outsourced video blended in nicely.
#3 kind of a distant 3rd here was 10.A.1 What is VCom? It uses visuals, text, and audio to clearly explain the answer to this question. Nothing to flashy here - it does the job, but it was pretty well done.
Those were my top 3 - I felt everything after that was quite a ways behind, so choosing was not difficult. Even though we won't be collaborating, I'd like to know what your thoughts were, so if you don't mind, maybe you could let me know your choices. I'll check back in on Sunday.
Talk to you later!

I have my 3 selections for our videos - How would you like to communicate about this? I am leaving tomorrow morning for a family vacation, so if I don't hear from you before then, I'll just go ahead and post my selections on the survey. If we can, I'd like to discuss them a little before that to see if we are in agreement about the (so far in my other 2 judging groups on NetGenEd it seems like my judging partners and I have been very close in our selections).

In a turnabout, I am actually your "Neighbor to the North", as I live and teach in a small town in the eastern interior of Alaska. I have been a classroom teacher for about 14 years (junior high), and just finished a stint as a statewide new teacher mentor for 2 years.
Would you like to communicate via the ning or by some other means - email or Skype would also work for me.
