Thomas Friedman's speech about The World is Flat was, I thought, very inspirational and uplifting about how the world is changing. The world is changing so quickly, and most of us aren't keeping up. The World is Flat Speech
I thought that Thomas Friedman's speech was very impowering. I thought that an important part of the speech was that the 21st century doesn't go to any country yet, but people think it goes to China. He said the the "Green revolution" is just a party because a revolution is where someone has to get hurt. He also said, "We need a disruptive breakthrough". I think that is very true because we are in a lot of debt and if something big doesn't happen soon then our country will be damaged badly…
