An Introductory Handshake

Hello my name is Jerry, not to be confused with the other Jerry C from my school. I am a fifteen year old tenth grader. I live in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. In my spare time I like to read books and do crosswords. I also play the violin and enjoy eating poutine (French fries with gravy and cheese curds) and pizza. My favourite authors include C.S. Lewis and J.K. Rowling. I like listening to music from Coldplay and other bands/artists in their genre. In school I prefer the subjects of language, science and geography. I'm not really that into sports (although I do follow the Olympics). I enjoy watching television and usually find myself watching cop/medical dramas (for example, Bones), although I do watch shows outside of those genres. I think that I will enjoy this project because I'm interested in getting to know the different cultures of the different students that I will be collaborating with. I'm excited to see what things can be done in this sort of interconnected world that also has so much social detachment. I can't wait to start this project.
