I showed a few of my classmates my video. They said that although it was short, they understood the concept behind the video. They also commented on a few of the pictures in the video, saying that they weren't very clear, however I still managed to get the message across. They also said that it was a good idea to show a few of the universities that contributed to virtual education.
It was because of the amount of time we were given for this project that I had not completed all of the steps. However, I feel that I managed to complete the project, and learn about the many forms of technology. How it is advancing, and the benefits and limitations to this. I believe this project was very educational, and it was interesting to learn about how to create videos.
I believe my main weakness was working with the camera. I haven't learnt how to deal with video files on the computer, especially with Macs, as I'm used to using Microsoft. However, I overcame this problem, and it was a good learning experience.
I think my main strengths included the research and study of the subject of Virtual Communication and its relation to Virtual education.
I predicted that the process of creating the video would be about 2 weeks. It took me over a week to do this. I believe that this was because I took it home to work on. I think that because I was new to the storyboard process, it took longer than I should have spent on it.
o I have included a discussion on the impact of my product on me, others and/or the environment.
Judging from the comments of my classmates, I believe that my video has taught them about virtual education. It made them realise how we use it all the time, especially in school. Some were new to the fact the universities have online courses for people abroad.
