Globalization is defined as the integration and/or interaction among people, nations, companies, and governments. Globalization is only possible by the aid of international trade and various examples of information technology. Globalization has noticeable effects on culture, political systems, development, and perspective. Outsourcing, a manifestation of globalization, is generally regarded as the transfer of a business function to an external service provider. These “external service providers” can originate from largely populated countries like India and China.

 

Outsourcing, a manifestation of globalization, refers to the process in which a company or business contracts with a third party to provide services for them. Many companies outsource jobs like call center services, email services, and payroll. Outsourced jobs are usually transferred to specialized companies overseas, in densely populated nations like China or India.
