Flat Classroom Project

Building bridges for the future through collaborative projects

The video is finally uploaded to the internet as today what I did in the lesson was that I made finishing touches as well as uploaded the video to the Ning. I hope people will benefit from my video as I worked very hard to make it as educationally beneficial as possible. I do have one concern which is that I was saving what I contribute to the Flat Classroom wiki until the end, being unaware that it would be closed beforehand. I will write what I planned to write on the wiki here on my blog instead.

Science and health have developed and improved at an increasing rate as uploading has been introduced. The basic concept behind this is that before uploading, in order to exchange important information (for example, about a patient's condition in a hospital), letters needed to be sent and this could sometimes proves to take a long time. And yet, with uploading, this is not the case. Information can go from person to person in no time. This increased the knowledge of internet-using doctors worldwide. Uploading has given has let doctors share new facts and information, thus letting countries with less research capabilities and technology be able to benefit from their new found information. The capability of uploading has also helped students develop their scientific knowledge, as now with this technology, scientists are able to put their new information on the internet for anyone to view. Lastly, hospitals are now able to make themselves known with uploading. Doctors around the world look for jobs abroad where they can benefit more. With this technology, doctors are able to do that more easily and hospitals have more varied staff, benefiting the patients that come. And so, as far as science and health are concerned, uploading has definitely made a difference.
