Give me a couple of days to wrap up some things from the past year. Then I'll be ready to think about the future -- Plus Barbara will be back in school then.
Mary:
Finally I think I am on the right track. I didn't realize the Ning was different from the main site and that I had to join that as well. I have done that and are wiating approval. Once that comes through I should be able to join Primary Education group -- I hope. I'll keep you posted. Then we should be able to go forward.

Thanks, Mary,
I'll keep trying. I did send a message to Julie, but haven't received a reply yet. Thanks for including me in the searches you are responding to. Somehow it will work out. Am looking forward to getting a project going with you and know my co-worker will too.

I got to an orange page wih a list of groups down the left side, clicked on Primary Educators and got to the group's page -- 21 members, is this the right one? Still can't find any place on the right or elsewhere to join? What am I missing?
I haven't even had time to check out your other suggestion, but looks as if you are making progress. My 5h grade teacher comes back next week and I can't wait to run through the possibilities with her.

Hi Mary
Thanks for making contact. Can I suggest you also join the educators Ning at http://flatclassrooms.ning.com/ where you can hook up with teachers of the same levels etc.
We currently do not run a project at the Grade 5 level, however we are very keen to support you with what you need. At NECC recently there was an active Birds of a Feather session for teachers of that level.....I will look up the responses and share with you...currently in NYC taking a break and doing some sightseeing.
