This was one of my favorites! There was a great connection from the Symphony topic to Web 2.0 tools! Such a great example of how web 2.0 is affecting individuals and groups!

I really like that you were able to speak with a specific business to identify the ways that they use the internet to publicize themselves! I also think it's cool that you were able to incorporate your theme, empathy, into your video. Sales associates are able to empathize with their customers!
